Project is a progress to plan and attain the aim. Scheduling involves the allocation of the given resources. Project has to get completed from start to the final which has several task. Critical Path Method does not consider resource optimization during scheduling of projects. Optimal allocation of resources can be done through resource levelling on the other hand the Genetic Algorithm solves the resource levelling problem. In the first phase scheduling and resource levelling is done through primavera project planner and in the second phase scheduling and resource allocation will be done through genetic algorithm.
