PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP KUALITAS PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR PADA KELAS TINGGI

Class management skills are skills that must be possessed and mastered by educators in the learning process. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows that the low quality of the learning process of students and the low skills of educators in classroom management. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence and the degree of influence of class management skills on the quality of the learning process in the high class. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. Determination of the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 108 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires. The results of the first hypothesis test with t test, obtained t count = 5.391> t table = 1.982 with a significance of 0.006 ttabel = 1,982 dengan sigifikansi 0,006 < 0,05 berarti tolak H0 dan terima H1. Berdasarkan data tersebut, berarti variabel keterampilan manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kualitas proses pembelajaran. Hasil pengujian kedua dengan koefisiensi determinasi (R2), diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,938, berarti korelasinya sangat kuat. Sedangkan untuk nilai koefisiensi determinasi (R2), menunjukkan angka R square sebesar 0,879 atau 87,9%, berarti bahwa variasi variabel kualitas proses pembelajaran dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel keterampilan manajemen kelas. Sisanya, 12,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar variabel penelitian.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kelas, Proses Pembelajaran
