A small private university in a large metropolitan city in the southeast United States received grant funding to develop a master’s degree program for the teacher preparation of individuals to teach students with visual impairments. The purpose of this program evaluation was to examine the teacher of the visually impaired (TVI) preparation program to ensure that the program was adhering to the original purpose of the grant. A Logic Model of the TVI program was developed as a guide to the evaluation. Two participant groups were determined to elicit responses to surveys created for the evaluation.
