O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar comparativamente a riqueza e a densidade de larvas de Odonata em quatro ambientes distintos: lótico com grande carga de contaminantes, lótico com pouca carga de contaminantes, lêntico desconectado do rio e lêntico conectado ao rio, assim como caracterizar os quatro ambientes quanto às características físicas e químicas da água. Identificamos um total de 1.302 larvas de Odonata nos quatro ambientes. As variáveis ambientais medidas foram: oxigênio dissolvido, pH, condutividade, sólidos em suspensão, temperaturas do ar e da água, precipitação, profundidade e biomassa das macrófitas.
