The Bayside Community Design Workshops provided a new model for participatory planning ath the neighborhood level and produced a strategic vision for Portland, Maine\u27s Bayside Neighborhood. Bayside 2000 & 2001 were organized and delivered as collaborative efforts led by lecture series, Architalx, the City of Portland, the Bayside Neighborhood Association, and the Muskie school of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine
