Great Baltimore Fire, February 26, 1904

This photograph shows rows of several damaged buildings and piles of rubble. The roof of a wide low buildings is visible in the foreground at the bottom of the photo. Behind the roof, there is a wide flat area of rubble on the right side. On the left side of the photo and behind the rubble, there are the remaining foundations of several buildings. For many of these buildings, only the lower foundations and parts of the frame are still standing. Tall buildings that appear to be undamaged are visible in the distance
