Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis rantai pasokan keunggulan bersaing dan pengaruh rantai pasokan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan Plaza Asia Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel sensus dengan sampel sebanyak 39 orang responden yang diambil dari karyawan department fresh dari mitra plaza asia Tasikmalaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi.
