Obesity, which started to be considered as a public health disorder at the end of the 20th century, is acquiring nowadays dimensions of epidemic. In most of the cases, this pathology results from an inadequate feeding, frequently turned into a large dietetic, psychological and social problem in developed countries; obesity in the adolescence leading to the most severe consequences in the adulthood.
