Ethose of life and death : The attitude toward life and death, and social anxiety of Japanese youth

Recently, there have been widespread discussion of many aspects of Bioethics, such as Euthanasia, Abortion, Genetic Engineering, Artificial Insemination, and Organ Transplanation, largely because of many remarkable technical developments in modern medicine. Moreover, Thanatology, the study of dying and death, has been studied in such interdisciplinary fields as Psychology, Psychiatry, Religion, Sociology, and other medical sciences, focusing on very important problems like terminal care, life and death education, the hospice movement and fatal disease―cancer. The data presented in this paper are results obtained from an analysis of the attitude toward life and death, views on Bioethics, religious attitude as measured by making a sample out of questionare.
