PWhen we want to logically infer the course of things from the point of view of indeterminism, we always think about it by means of probability concept. Probability concept, which is a foundation of the inductive arguments, must be objective in order to inductively demonstrate. Probability concept must correspond to a certain meaning, and must be concretely perceived from data. As a semantic regulation and its perceptibility restrict probability concept, I think that the history of the theory of probability is the branching process caused by double regulations to probability concept.
