El mandato ciudadano por la paz, la vida y la libertad en Colombia

The article compromises issues which communicates to the legal and illegal armed actors in Colombia, that the citizens are not represented in their war, that it is not a rightful war and that their political flags do not uphold any power. The Citizen for Peace, Life and Liberty has been the most fundamental Mandate in the present political history of the country. lf one observes this achievement from a nonviolent perspective, it allows us to value in a different way the social and political procedures that have arisen from this civic mobilization. The rationale behind perseverance defers from the rationale behind reason that only the Mandate observes as an occasion, which obtained some achievements and many frustrations. The article's potential is to expose once again its possibilities and to retrieve its observational capacity of its consequences in the short and long term. This will certify that the signing of some treaties between guerrilla fighters does not weaken the development of peace, but it secures itself to the cultural dimensions of society. Decirle a los actores armados de Colombia, legales e ilegales, que su guerra no nos representa, que no tiene legitimidad, que sus banderas políticas en logran asidero entre la ciudadanía, a través del Mandato Ciudadano por la Paz, la Vida y la Libertad, ha sido una de las acciones más fundamentales en la historia política reciente de este país. Mirarla desde la noviolencia nos permite valorar de forma diferente los procesos sociales y políticos suscitados a partir de este acontecimiento. La lógica de la persistencia necesaria para hacer esta observación contrasta con la lógica de la contundencia que mira esta acción sólo como un evento más que obtuvo unos logros y muchas frustraciones. El esfuerzo de este trabajo consiste en abrir de nuevo sus posibilidades, en recuperar la capacidad de observar sus consecuencias en el mediano y largo plazo, para entender que la construcción de la paz no se agota en la firma de unos tratados entre guerreros, sino que se afianza en las dimensiones culturales de las sociedades
