Теоретичне обґрунтування змісту та методики формування музично-педагогічної культури майбутнього вчителя початкових класів і музики

The article deals with the formation of musical and pedagogical culture among future primary school and music teachers. Experimental work was based on the method developed on the didactic model of teacher's musical and pedagogical culture formation. The lack of efficiency of the educational process, which does not put the task to form musical and pedagogical culture as an entire phenomenon, brings the necessity to improve the didactic model. The theoretical analysis of scientific and methodic literature, problems, which are revealed, personal long experience of work with students are the changes to the didacticmodel of teacher's musical and pedagogical culture. The formation of future teachers' musical and pedagogical culture is a long and complicated process. The main way of its formation is to enrich students' musical and educational experience, knowledge, abilities and skills, which are important for professional teacher of music, to create an interpersonal dialogue between the teacher and pupils in the perception and realization of music.У статті теоретично обґрунтувано зміст і методику формування музично-педагогічної культури майбутнього вчителя початкових класів і музики. Воснову формуючої дослiдно-експериментальної роботи було покладено методику, розроблену на основi дидактичної моделi процесу формування музично-педагогiчної культури вчителя. Необхiднiсть удосконалення дидактичної моделi викликана недостатньою ефективнiстю усталеного навчального процесу, який не ставить завдання формування саме музично-педагогiчної культури як цiлiсного явища
