The article deals with the fact that the culture of the Ukrainian language (in a professional direction) is a section of linguistics, which studies the codification of the norms of the Ukrainian language at all levels. The accuracy, consistency, pithiness of the professional language makes his speech highly cultured, flawless and exemplary. Speaking culture is the most important condition for success in professional growth. The types and genres of the Ukrainian language are: business and lecture report, speech,rally performance, business presentation, anniversary performance. The main aspects of the manifestation of the culture of the language of the specialty is normativity, adequacy, aesthetics, polyfunctionality. Practical advice is given to improve the personal culture of communication.У статті мова йде про те, що культура української фахової мови – це галузь мовознавства, що вивчає утвердження, кодифікацію норм на всіх мовних рівнях. Точність, логічність, змістовність і доречність мови професіонала робить його мову висококультурною, бездоганною і зразковою. Володіння культурою мовлення – важлива умова успіху у фаховому зростанні. Видами і жанрами української мови є: ділова і звітня доповідь, промова, мітингова промова, ділова промова, ювілейна промова.
