Identificación de necesidades de capital humano para el desarrollo de la apuesta productiva cacao del departamento del Caquetá en el año 2019

At present to rely on productive sectors that stir the departmental economies into action it becomes necessary to advance efforts tending to strengthen those chains with international projection and that are better structured so that it allows them to answer to the requirements of the globalized market that join to the different agreements of free trade, they represent an opportunity to improve their market shares and to contribute in an increase of the regional GDP. It is a labor that must be accompanied of efforts of the different actors of the economy, but especially the productive chains must worry to improve their infrastructure, technologies, human talent, financial resources and internal processes, increasing their efficiency, with the intention to be productive and then, to be to the level of a market that have a highly competitive trend. But this competitive position is not achieved alone, needs a synergy that is structured from the management and administration of the resources that arranges the productive chain, is the human talent the responsible for generating this synergy, for which has selected the productive chain of international projection and that possess a greater degree of coordination and organization as it is the Cacao chain, identifying the needs of the qualified personnel for the development of the chains in 2019.En la actualidad, para contar con sectores productivos que dinamicen las economías departamentales, se hace necesario adelantar esfuerzos tendientes a fortalecer aquellas cadenas con proyección internacional y que se encuentran mejor estructuradas, de manera que puedan responder a las exigencias del mercado globalizado, que aunado a los diferentes Tratados de Libre Comercio, representan una oportunidad para mejorar sus cuotas de mercado y contribuir en un aumento del PIB regional. Es una labor que debe acompañarse de esfuerzos de los diferentes actores de la economía, pero en especial las cadenas productivas deben preocuparse por mejorar su infraestructura, tecnologías, talento humano, recursos financieros y procesos internos, aumentar su eficiencia y eficacia, con el propósito de ser productivos y de esta manera estar a la altura de un mercado que devela una tendencia altamente competitiva. Pero esta posición competitiva no se logra por sí sola; requiere de una sinergia que se estructura a partir de la gestión y administración de los recursos de la cadena productiva. Es el talento humano el encargado de generar dicha sinergia, y por ello se ha seleccionado la cadena productiva de proyección internacional que cuenta con un mayor grado de articulación y organización como es la cadena Cacaotero, identificando las necesidades del personal idóneo para el desarrollo de las cadenas en 2019
