This communication describes the evolution of an educational innovation strategy, originally called Weekly Reflection Papers, aimed to modify the practical teaching and to go deeper in the process of teaching and learning in higher education. To do this, seven teachers of different subjects of the University of Alcalá have applied this tool to achieve the proposed objectives, essentially based on that students learn to reflect on their own way of learning.
