The objective of this study consists on analyzing the incidence of the Resource Reallocation Coordination Agreements -CCRR- on the tourist performance of selected tourist destinations: Magic Towns, Heritage Cities and beaches. Tourist performance was defined as the success that has a tourist destination when citizens and companies are pleased with their community, and when the locality in question achieves visitors and investors' expectations.
