EXEMPT STATE CIVIL SERVICE POSITIONS. LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Amends Constitution to add the following positions to the list of officers and employees of the state that are exempt from civil service: the chief investment officer, the assistant chief investment officer, and principal fund managers of the Public Employees\u27 Retirement System and the State Teachers\u27 Retirement System.
