Add to ORKGSenate Constitutional Amendment 19. Amends Section 22 of Article IV of Constitution by adding thereto provisions authorizing Legislature to grant aid to institutional conducted for support and maintenance of children of a father who is incapacitated for gainful work by permanent physical disability or is suffering from tuberculosis in such a stage that he can not pursue a gainful occupation, and declaring that any county or municipality providing for support of such children shall receive same pro rata appropriations as are granted to such institutions
