PROHIBITION OF FLUORIDATION OF PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS. INITIATIVE STATUTE. Amends the Health and Safety Code to prohibit adding fluoride or fluorine-containing substances to public water systems. States that all laws that are to the contrary are repealed.
