The purpose of this research study is to investigate how employee satisfaction at Ölgerðin is affected by the personality traits of its managers. Correspondence on perception of leadership within the company is examined and existing methods used to improve staff morale are explored in order to clarify their actual outcome. The goal is to furthermore reveal which leadership personality traits are important to subordinates and if the organizational culture is perceived positively. Moreover, to shed a light on whether Ölgerðin is in need for a reconstructed management style.
