The present paper aimed to study the impact of human resources management on operation management and increased productivity of Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery from the perspective of its managers. Statistical population included all senior and middle managers (N=97) of Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery whose age was between 30-60 years old. This study was a descriptive-analytical research and regression and correlation tests were used to test the hypotheses. The required data were collected by an author-made questionnaire with 36 questions.
