This study aimed to examine the impact of employees' empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior of headquarters employees of Iranian tobacco company. The descriptive-survey research method and field research techniques are used in this study. The statistical population consisted of 739 employees of Tobacco Company and 252 people were estimated according to Cochran sampling formula. Data were collected by standardized questionnaire of empowering employees and organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, due to the standardized questionnaire, its validity was implicitly confirmed.
