The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between social capital and intra-organizational entrepreneurship. In this regard, the influencing factors were extracted by literature review and based on literature, a questionnaire was developed. The data was collected from staffs and managers of industrial firms in special economic zones of Bushehr. Sampling method was multi-stage cluster sampling that is calculated by using Morgan table and a sample of 200 was determined. In this research, two questionnaires of social capital and organizational entrepreneurship were used.
