Providing the plan for human resource organization and management is one of the acts done over the recent years in order to improve human resource condition in the ministry of education. In this research, the assessment of organization plan in different aspects and regarding its main performers’ opinions- the general managers of the provinces and the heads of educational regions- has been done. The statistical sample of the plan includes 31 general managers of the education of the provinces, and 330 heads of educational regions consisting of developed regions, semi-developed regions, and underdeveloped regions.
