Organizational commitment is regarded as positive or negative attitudes toward the related organization. The quality of working life is a comprehensive program that increases employee's satisfaction and their learning from environment leading to an increase in organizational commitment . The study is descriptive – inferential and 30 samples were selected by simple random sampling method.
