Work with scores is one of methods to make an art piece. If a choreographer, director or simply a creator is using scores, it‘s easy to see and follow his/her creative precess. Scores are also easy to document, explain for the rest of the artistic group. It helps not to get overwhelmed for both – creator and a performer by the whole idea or the content of the piece. It allows to investigate on a tiny part or idea. For the use of different types of scores in their creative processes I will reference to choreographers Trisha Brown and Meg Stuart, in who‘s artistic works I been intersted already for a while.
