Process delay may largely reduce the production revenues of a business, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. In our previous report, the production process was treated as a propagating fluid, and its delay was assumed as a lead time delay. As a new our perspective, the downstream process is delayed by restraining the propagation of the upstream process .
