Objectives: To determine the behavior of hearing susceptibility and tone audiometry in workers exposed to industrial noise. Methodology: Descriptive, retrospective study carried out on 52 workers from a manufacturing company in Cali, Colombia. The variables analyzed were: sociodemographic and occupational characteristics, hearing susceptibility (Wilson Test) and the results of the last three audiological evaluations carried out on the workers. Results: 40% of the sample works in the area with the highest sound pressure (92.9 dB) of the company. The most prevalent antecedents related to noise exposure were: exposure to extra-occupational noise and alcohol consumption.
