Kewirausahaan “BuLe†Bubuk Kedelai di Desa Tisnogambar Kecamatan Bangsalsari Kabupaten Jember

Soybean is one of the legumes plant which rich in protein and fat, and some essential nutrients so it can be used to be many kinds of food. One of the soybean producing villages in Bangsalsari Sub-district is Tisnogambar Village. The harvest of soybean in Tisnogambar Village hasn’t been processed into commercial products. Achmad Buhori (referred as partner) who is one of the soybean farmers in Tisnogambar Village stated that still have a lot of free time while waiting for soybean harvest time. It’s felt to be more productive if the spare time is used for the development of entrepreneurship through the utilization of soybean processing crops to increase family income. However, the partner states that they haven’t received entrepreneurship training. Partners also never have experienced to make a product with interesting packaged and marketed. Related to the needs and occurrence of partners, in this activity will initiate new entrepreneurship group and give some training about soybean processing by utilizing soybean commodity as its raw material. Through this activity then formed a new entrepreneur group, was called "KAWAN BERTANI" which located in the Tisnogambar Village. Kawan Bertani produces "BuLe" (Soybean Powder) which consists of BuLe Ketan, BuLe Lontong, and BuLe Komplit. The result product has started to be marketed through the simple promotion (mouth to mouth) and social media (whatsapp). For the sustainability of this effort, it’s advisable for partners to follow up with the permission of PIRT in order to gain more trust from public and market
