Pembinaan Sociopreneur sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kreativitas dan Kemandirian Anak Yatim di Yayasan Raudlatul Akbar Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember

The entrepreneurial spirit is needed by orphans under the orphanages care. Children with disadvantaged socioeconomic background need to be given coaching for creativity as a provision for the independence of their life. The solution offered from this problem is to conduct sociopreneur training for orphans.Orphans which is now in vocational high school grade in the orphaned foundation had been given skills training such as entreprenuerial motivation, terrarium training, brooch training, and e-commerce training. The training result show that the student concept of entrepreneurship, as indicated by the increase of entrepreneurial knowledge from the score 52.55 to 78.15, while the entrepreneurial motivation score increased from 48.05 to 71.1. The result of the training also show that orphans are able to create terrariums dan brooches that are worth selling, and they can sell by online using e-commerce
