The low population of domestic poultry caused by the low production of domestic poultry becoming the main challenge of poultry breeder. The long distance of chicken seedings, and the difficulty of obtaining the quality seeds make the problems asolution to look for. Distance of DOC delivery is far from the location of bteeders which is very risky to the high number of mortality. Domestic chicken breeding naturally done without selection in advance and has a high change of inbreeding resulting in low productivity domestic poultry. Artificial insemination is one technology that is expected to increase the produtivity and population of domestic poultry. With artificial insemination inbreeding mating can be avoited, physical limitations of male and female chicken can be overcame and have high fertility and hactchability. According to Sastrodiharjo (1996), artificial insemination in chichens is a technique of artificially mating by insertingdiluted cement with a certain dilution into the reproductive tract of the hens in the egg-laying phase. The advantage of using is to improve the efficiency of male use, overcoming the low fertility of natural mating
