Sistema de gestión social para pequeñas y medianas empresas

This research study corresponds to a social management system design as a strategy seeking to improve competitiveness and assure the small and medium-sized enterprises’ sustainability. It was developed as a result of the internal and external analysis of an industry and tourism sector’s group of SMEs in the city of Cartagena. The designed structure provides the existence of a systematic and cyclic process of continuous improvement consisting of five stages: Sensibilizing, Planning, Implementing, Measuring – Valuating, Communicating and Adjusting.El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde al diseño de un sistema de gestión social, como estrategia orientada a mejorar la competitividad y asegurar la sostenibilidad de la pequeña y mediana empresa, el cual fue desarrollado a partir del análisis interno y externo de un grupo de Pymes del sector industrial y turístico de la ciudad de Cartagena. La estructura diseñada contempla la existencia de un proceso sistemático y cíclico de mejora continua y se compone de cinco fases: Sensibilizar, Planear, Implementar, Medir-valuar, comunicar y Ajustar
