the results of the study: “Euthanasia: between acceptance, hatred and desire”, Qualitative research conducted with health personnel from intensive care units in Pereira in the first half of 2015. It was based on the perceptions that these health professionals had in relation with euthanasia and its legal development through the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and after the resolution 1216 from 2015 was announced. In the findings, it can be seen that there is a lack of greater pedagogy on legal developments, there are doubts as to how to proceed due to legal vacuums in relation to the handicap, children or people who can´t express their decisions given his current clinical status.
