Antropocentrismo Jurídico: Perspectivas desde la filosofía del derecho ambiental

Legal Anthropocentrism: Perspectives from the Philosophy of Environmental Law, is part of a study of the Philosophy of Law, which seeks, from a theoretical reconstruction, based on the analytical and qualitative method, to consider, in first instance, the anthropocentric legal perspective of a utilitarian nature which the international and local environmental legislation holds, and which has led to the lack of control and guarantees of development that would be sustainable and tolerable in matters of the environment, and which is developed in this study from the premise of Legal Anthropocentrism in Environmental Matters: The being of the normative content. In the second instance, it seeks to analyze the transformations of the principles and causes of environmental Law, which reveal, however timidly, the collapse of anthropocentric perspectives in light of the necessity for a new Law, which regulates the relationships among the species that coexist on the planet Earth, mediated by relationships of interdependency and not of hierarchy, and which is studied from the Decadence of Legal Anthropocentrism: What Environmental Rules and Regulations Must Be.Antropocentrismo Jurídico: Perspectivas desde la Filosofía del Derecho Ambiental, hace parte de un estudio de la Filosofía del Derecho, que busca desde una reconstrucción teó- rica, fundamentada en el método analítico y cualitativo, considerar en primera instancia la perspectiva jurídica antropocéntrica de carácter utilitarista que sustenta la legislación ambiental internacional y local y que ha llevado a la falta de control y garantías de un desarrollo sostenible y sustentable en materia ambiental, y que se desarrolla en este estudio desde la premisa del Antropocentrismo Jurídico en Materia Ambiental: El ser del contenido normativo. En segunda instancia, busca analizar las transformaciones de los principios y causas del Derecho ambiental, que develan aun tímidamente el ocaso de las perspectivas antropocéntricas a la luz de la necesidad de un nuevo Derecho, que regule las relaciones entre las especies que coexisten en el planeta tierra, mediadas por relaciones de interdependencia y no de jerarquías, y que es estudiada desde la Decadencia del Antropocentrismo Jurídico: El Deber Ser de la Normatividad Ambiental
