Caracterización de los riesgos de movilidad en bicicleta en una institución de educación superior en la localidad de Engativá

This research identified and characterized the risks to which the users of the Free University in the Popular Forest are exposed during their journey from their home to the university and vice versa, taking into account the environmental, social and technological risks. For this, a survey was designed to analyze variables such as gender, age, consideration of the road network in its daily route, if it had suffered injuries and / or accidents, among others that were applied to 160 user bicycles. The results indicated that the perception of the risk is greater depends on the place of origin of the user of the bike, that the poor state of the cycle routes increases the perception of risk when committing unsafe acts. The theft is the social risk that most affects the bike users, the environmental risks rain is the one with the highest risk perception and the most relevant technological risk is the mechanical damage.En esta investigación se identificaron y se caracterizaron los riesgos a los que están expuestos los bici usuarios de la Universidad Libre sede Bosque Popular en el recorrido desde sus casas hasta la univer­sidad y viceversa, teniendo en cuenta los riesgos de carácter ambiental, social y tecnológico. Para ello se diseñó una encuesta que analizaba variables como género, edad, consideración de la malla vial en su ruta diaria, si han tenido lesiones y/o accidentes, entre otros que fue aplicado a 160 bici usuarios. Los resultados indicaron que la percepción del riesgo es mayor dependiendo del lugar de origen del bici usuario, asimismo que el mal estado de las ciclo rutas aumenta la percepción del riesgo al cometer actos inseguros. El hurto es el riesgo social que más afecta a la bici usuarios, de los riesgos ambientales la lluvia es el de mayor percepción de riesgo y el riesgo tecnológico más relevante es el daño mecánico
