The broad aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of training methods used at Swaziland Skills Centres. The specific objectives of the study were to investigate the training methods used and to find out if they were relevant to the content and training materials available. Furthermore, it was to find out if instructor qualification in education determines the training methods and techniques used. A survey using self-administered questionnaires was conducted. The findings of the study revealed that 61% of the instructors surveyed had a qualification in education while 39% did not.
