La Crisis del estado nacional en colombia la perspectiva del estado y sus funciones

The crisis of the national State in Colombia we understand it like conjunctural exhaustion of the type of constructed national State in second half of century XX. One of the aspects of the crisis is the unfinished character of the national State. To study this aspect would have to include/understand: the debates on the nature of the State, the function of the army in the political order, the limitations to the construction of the citizenship and the democracy, the elections, the weaknesses of the joint of the internal market and the self-determination of the nation. In this article we only analyzed, from an historical perspective, the debate surroundings to the State and its functions. For this reasons, we consider some aspects of the Colombian constitutions and some slight knowledge on the State.La crisis del Estado nacional en Colombia la entendemos como agotamiento coyuntural del tipo de Estado nacional construido en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Uno de los aspectos de la crisis es el carácter inconcluso del Estado nacional. Estudiar este aspecto debería comprender: los debates sobre la naturaleza del Estado, la función del ejército en el orden político, las limitaciones a la construcción de la ciudadanía y la democracia, las elecciones, las debilidades de la articulación del mercado interno y la autodeterminación de la nación. En este artículo solamente analizamos, desde una perspectiva histórica, el debate en torno al Estado y sus funciones. Para ello consideramos algunos aspectos de las constituciones colombianas y algunas nociones sobre el Estado
