This volume contains recipes in Spanish handwritten in ink and pencil; recipe clippings from newspapers pasted on pages. Numbers are stamped on pages. First page stamped 55; some pages not stamped and not numbered. Recipes include Biscochos de vino, Pastel, Galletas, Chongos, Salchichon, Longanisa, and many more. p. 55-92 ; 23 cm
