Manuscript recipe notebook from Acatzingo, Puebla, Mexico. Approximately sixty percent of the notebook pages are blank. Two recipes are inscribed in pencil; the rest are inscribed in ink. Recipes include Bocado de dama, Compota de manzanas, Biscochos de masa fina, Tamales corrientes, and many more. 1 v. (unpaged); 22 cm. Scan 167 was followed by 198 blank page spreads. The first two blank page spreads were scanned as representative samples. Five items were laid into this portion of the book in two groupings. These are reproduced in scans 172-175 and 178-181
