Research Excellence Award winners, VC's Awards 2013

Vice-Chancellor's Research Excellence Award winners with VC Linda Kristjanson (second right). Award presented to Peter Hannaford (left), Xia-Ji Liu (centre), Hui Hu (second left), Chris Vale and Peter Drummond (right) for outstanding developments in the research of fermionic atoms and for supporting the establishment of the only centre in Australia dedicated to the study of ultracold strongly interacting fermions. The 2013 Vice-Chancellor's Awards were held at the Hawthorn Arts Centre, Burwood Road, Hawthorn, 11 December 2013
