Mr. Stan Robertson, the recently retired Secretary of Swinburne College of Technology (pictured left) was awarded an Honorary Diploma at the Diploma Conferring Ceremony, held on 3rd August 1971. He is standing with Mr. R. G. Parsons the President of the Council (pictured right)
