The purpose of this notes is to make clear some problems of family care for the elderly through the interviews to five cases. Several serious problems on this matter, for example in care service, social support of family members and friends, and emotional fatigues of helper were found. Support of others including experts, personalization of care and mutual communications between helper and the elderly in need of care are necessary for the continuity of family care of this type
