Over the years, food production has been forced to increase along with growth of world population, and at greater the food production food is, then greater production of waste in agro-industry is and these by-products could generate environmental problems and expenses for appropriate management of waste. Agro-industry by-products are derived from processing of raw materials from agro-industrial that do not have any main function in productive chain.
