Abstract:Movies, in India are an integral part of our culture and many interesting movies influence our real lives at workplace in many ways. The larger than life canvas, the good times depicted in an exorbitant manner, the sad tragic bits or be it the happy endings, they all are a part of our lives and hence making it difficult to keep it at bay for the grilling schedules of business operations. It’s an experience which is well-edged in our memory for a very long time. By using cinema as a medium we can ensure that learning takes place in a much more effective and impactful manner.
