Tourism industry is an industry that is able to generate numerous jobs for people as well as empower local community. This paper will discourse on how a university, especially in this case is Ubaya Polytechnic, empower its students to maximize their entrepreneurship capacity to be finally become new start-ups who are ready in the society especially related to its support to tourism industry
