AbstractThis was a study about relationship that might occur between language learning strategies related to motivation toward listening. This study was in form of correlational research design and the aim was to know the relationship between student language learning strategies toward listening. A number of 65 adult EFL learners with the same major were the participants of the study. The data was collected using three instruments; SILL (Students Inventory on Language Learning), SMQ (Student Motivation Questionnaire), and Listening section of TOEFL.
