Introduction: Hyperlipidemia can cause hepatic disorders due to fatty liver disease. Soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.)are known for having the potential as the antihyperlipidemic and antioxidant. The purpose of this study is to determinethe effects of soursop leaves waterextract (SLWE) to SGOT and SGPT serum levels and the amount of liver necrosis cell on male Wistar rats which are induced by high fat and fructose diet (HFFD).Method: The design of this study is an experimental laboratory with in vivo post test control group only.
