Introduction: One of the causes of cadmium accumulation in the body is the use of pesticides and an unhealthy lifestyle. The presence of cadmium in the human body will cause cardiovascular disease. This study aims to determine the effect of pesticide exposure and patterns of farmers habits on blood pressure and pulse frequency.Method: This study used an observational analytic descriptive method with Cross-Sectional type research design. This study used 47 human respondents with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Respondents were male farmers who were still actively spraying pesticides.
