Introduction : neem leaf has potential effect as an antidiabetic, antimalaria, and anticancer. However, some studies prove the negative effects of neem leaf, than still need to done a toxicity test for the LC50 value and the effect of neem leaf on the liver as a detoxification organ. Toxicity tests were performed on juvenile zebra fish. The purpose of this study was to know the LC50 dose, effect of the MATC and LC50 dose of Neem Leaf Decoctation (DDN) on the number of hepatocyte necrosis of juvenile zebra fish.Methods: In vivo experimental laboratory research with control group post test only design to determine subchronic LC50 dose at 9 doses of DDN and calculation of hepatocyte necrosis in 4 groups (control, therapy, MATC, LC50) after being explained 15 days of juvenile zebrafish.
