Introduction:The right antibiotic infiltration strategy will reduce incidence rate of infection and resistance. Moreover, resistance can be overcome by increasing antibioticsaction by combining it with herbs which have an active antibiotic compound such as Alang-alang. This research aims to examine the group of semi polar compound, and examine those compound combinations with amoxcillin and chloramphenicol, measure the inhibition change toward S.aureus and E. coli.Methods: The Methanol Extract is fractionated with silence phase by using Silica Gel and motion phase by using pure ethylacetate.The interaction between herbs and antibiotics is assessed by Ameri-Ziaei Double Antibiotic Synergism Test (AZDAST) method and the assessment of inhibition is by using Kirby-Bauer method.
